We are happy to adapt programs to your wishes and needs. The schedules are suggestions; what you actually need, we discuss with you before you arrive.
Intensive MAYA healing
The intensive MAYA cure strengthens the body and its organs. The focus is on emotional and karmic release work, on soul coaching and on ancestral work with the Maya calendar. You also get to know the Cosmovision MAYA, are introduced to the Maya calendar and take part in ritual work at the resort's ancient nature altars.

MAYA healing, cure and regeneration
The traditional MAYA cure strengthens the body and its organs. It includes emotional transformation — working through karmic burdens —, coaching, MAYA work with the ancestors, getting to know the Cosmovision MAYA and the Maya calendar, and an introduction to the centre's ancient nature altars.
Day 1
- Transfer to a hotel in Antigua, or straight to the centre if you arrive before 6 pm
Day 2
- Tour of the centre, meeting the program director, the shaman Carmen Vicente Cortéz
- Ritual opening of the temples
Days 3 to 12
- In a conversation with Norbert Muigg and together with the healer and Maya priestess Carmen, your personal program is put together
- Plant essences for the energy body and for the Maya pouring baths
- Traditional teas for subtle and physical cleansing
- Individually chosen medicinal plants in the TAMAZCAL, the ritual Maya sweat lodge
- Full-body massage with plant oils
- An individual mediumistic session with Carmen, Maya medium

MAYA healing and recovery week
Day 1
- Arrival in the morning, lunch at 1 pm
- From 3 pm a tour: pyramids, temples, Cosmovision MAYA
- Dinner at 6.30 pm
Day 2
- 10 am: welcoming ritual in the great pyramid — for spiritual guidance, protection, blessing and inner change
- Herbal essences for subtle cleansing in traditional pouring baths, once a day after the sauna or evening shower
- Teas for liver cleansing, three times a day
- 3 pm: introduction and meditation in the Xibalba-Keme dark room, the temple of the underworlds — karmic transformation work, connection with the deceased
Day 3
- Opening of the heart temple and a short introductory ritual
- The goddess REYNA CANDELARIA and the energy fields of the temple room — for family, relationship, partnership and sexuality
- Retreat and meditation on the grounds, in the temples and pyramids
- 3 pm: support and healing work with the shaman Carmen Vicente
- Sauna in the evening
Day 4
- Fire ritual at a place of power and nahual of the centre with Carmen Vicente Cortéz, introduction to the Cosmovision MAYA
- Afternoon: retreat, reflection, rest
Day 5
- Visit to the QANIL ritual stone, introduction to the nahuales with Carmen Vicente Cortéz
- 4 pm: MAYA TAMAZCAL, a cleansing ritual with plants and essences
- Retreat in the pyramids or temples
Day 6
- Work and meditation in the great PAZ MUNDO pyramid
Day 7
- Farewell to the centre, drive to the airport, to Antigua or to Lake Atitlán
